This course is a comprehensive introduction to the requirements of the current Edition of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC), Section VIII, Division 2. Beginning with a unique insight into the background and organization of the code, the course will then focus on the design and construction requirements of the code.
Keen focus in this workshop will be on Key point of “Fatigue Analysis UG-22”
By participating in this course, following will be main focused area:
• We will cover Div2 - design by analysis requirements
• Stress analysis (numerical analysis)
• The 3 requirements, elastic stress, limit load, elastic plastic analysis. (2 days)
• Fatigue, requirements and concepts. Stress, strain, ratcheting (3 days)
Engineers, B tech with good knowledge of design. The industrial professionals involved with design, analysis, fabrication, purchasing, repair and inspection of pressure vessels may also join this course to excel in this domain.
